Our experience shows that the more value for your organization, the more likely that leaders will support the and motivate the participants. And the more value for the participants, the higher their motivation to do what success requires. To ensure participant motivation, consider individual analysis with the "Is it for me?" questionnaire on this page.

You got your result if you are not sure whether you have a right group size. If so, I am looking forward to hearing from you when this is clarified. Below 5 participants we recommend letting the participants take the course individually. Groups of more than 12 reduces the practice time per participant in the live training sessions too much.

The sweet spot is enough prior knowledge to easily process the online lessons and confidently participate in the practice sessions with me - but not too much prior knowledge to make it boring or repetitive.
