Here are suggested books for each level. Books that hundreds of other learners have enjoyed. Start with these. I know you will like them.
This selection is of books I and many of my students have read and enjoyed. Some are available for Kindle or other digital books readers. Some are avialable used. And some are available with audio (MP3 or Cd) so that you can listen to them as well. You, of course, do not need to buy the book from Amazon. I link them here because Amazon makes it very easy to link books.
MacMillan Reader
The Macmillan readers are similar to the Oxford bookworm series. They are also at different levels with a certain number of words per level.
Level 1 = Starter
Level 2 = Beginner
Level 3 = Elementary
Level 4 = Pre-intermediate
Level 5 = Intermediate
Level 6 = Upper Intermediate
Many books are available here for a small price as a downloadable PDF or ePub file for your digital reader. And most of the Oxford Bookworms books are also available in this series.
