Online training is good. Best is online training PLUS live motivation, practice, and Q&A tsessions. Why? Because skill mastery is more about doing than it is about 'thinking'. The best way to master something is to as quickly as possible switch from thinking about it to doing it, and to then train with Alexander; either in person or in small group live online training sessions.
